A healthcare AI show whose guest list runs from UpToDate to Thermo Fisher — and a site built to book the next guest as well as it converts the next listener.

The Problem
A podcast site has to close two different people at once.
The obvious visitor is a listener deciding whether to spend an hour. The visitor who matters more is the next guest — a founder, a chief medical officer, or the communications person who has to approve putting them on someone's show.
Most podcast sites are built only for the first person. A link tree with cover art converts a listener fine, and tells a guest's team nothing except that this is somebody's side project. When the show is already booking Thermo Fisher and UpToDate, that gap is expensive: the site is quietly arguing against the guest list.
The brief, then, wasn't “make a podcast website.” It was: make the show look like what it has already proven itself to be.
The Approach
Let the guest list do the arguing.
The headline promises a subject rather than a show — Exploring the Future of Healthcare Innovation — and the line beneath it narrows that to the specific thing the episodes actually are: founders and innovators on AI in healthcare.
Then the page gets out of the way. Half of the screen above the fold is handed to a live Spotify player and a live Apple Podcasts feed, so the episode roster — company names included — is visible before a visitor scrolls, in the interface they already trust.
And the episode count is set as a display number, not a stat in a footer. Thirty-three episodes on a two-week cadence is the hardest thing on the page to fake, which makes it the most persuasive thing on the page.
One Page, Three Audiences
Same homepage, three different jobs.
Every element below is on the live page. Switch the visitor and the same layout has to answer a different question — which is the constraint the design was actually solving for.
Arrives asking
Is this worth an hour of my time?
Exploring the Future of Healthcare Innovation — a subject, not a format. The subhead narrows it to AI and the people building it.
33 episodes, set large. Longevity is the one thing a new show cannot fake, so the number gets the same weight as the headline.
Pressing play in the embedded player without leaving the page — or tapping through to Spotify or Apple, whichever they already use.
The Ledger
A cadence you can check.
The most recent run from the homepage feed — four of the five gaps exactly fourteen days. Read down the right column and the show's credibility argument makes itself, which is why the feed sits above the fold instead of on an episodes page.

The System
Designing around borrowed surfaces.
The two biggest blocks of color on the homepage belong to other companies: Spotify green-on-blue and Apple's gray feed. That's the trade for live proof, and it means the identity has to work in the space left over.
So the brand takes the left half and holds it with weight rather than color — a heavy grotesque headline in deep navy, set in four short lines, with a single saturated blue reserved for actions. Everything else is near-white, which keeps the embedded players reading as content instead of clutter.

Above the fold
Four moves, in the order belief is built.
What Was Built
A home the show can send people to.
One address that works as a listening page, a press kit, and a pitch — so booking a guest doesn't require explaining what the show is.
The Result
Thirty-three episodes in, and the guests keep getting bigger.
The show now runs a two-week cadence with a roster that includes UpToDate, Thermo Fisher, and a run of the more interesting healthcare AI companies being built right now — and it has one address that makes that record legible in about four seconds.
